The acronym that associates MHO with the normal process of ingesting food, as in when one is MHOing they are doing the same normal action as when they are, "Eating," except that they are just not swallowing the, so ingested, substances as quickly; EAT is a much more natural, benign and beneficial way of getting electricity into a physical body than the neurologically subtractive: ECT proffered as a remedy for intractable mental depression, in that EATing is theoretically neurologically additive, meaning that, considering the matter logically, it should induce nerve growth, not curtail it, as ECT does, by damaging the capillaries of the temporal regions of the brain, by boiling the blood in those capillaries with grossly large amounts of electric current, thus inducing a denial of nutrition to the neurons of those regions, thus killing or severely impairing those neurons' functions, thus justifying the affixation of the charge of, "Neurologically Subtractive Treatment" to the act of the application of ECT to a person.

In the subject of Metallurgy, the difference between "Stress" and "Strain" is such that when a force is applied, which alters a piece of metal's shape, that piece is being only stressed if it can return to its original shape after the force involved has been removed. Now after a force is applied to that same piece of metal to an extent which distorts the shape of it and that metal remains distorted even after the force that altered its shape has been removed, it is said to have been strained. The analogy here is that stress can reduce a body's mineral content due to added exertion, because that increases its perspiration, which if left uncompensated for leads to electro-dystrophy (trying to work a body without enough bioelectric power in it), which reduces that body's operator's (the victim's) ability to most optimally control it to keep it strong and well, in effect straining it.

In this SUICIDE/SUICIDE idea, stress is said to be a contributing cause of electro-dystrophy (trying to work a body without enough bioelectric power in it). Then, because a person loses their bio-electric power, they lose what they need to actuate and control the activities of their body that keep it functioning well and thus their body strong. What they lose when they lose their electric power is their body's energy/matter linkage which is electricity. Their body's cells individually break down easier then. This leads to a strained (no return to normal) condition in their body, which reduces their will to live, which can even turn into a will to stop living and even make them want to die.

Even if a stressor, [E.G. A cause of PTSD (Post Trauma Stress
Disorder)] has been removed, the victim's functional capacity won't return to normal if they don't replace their lost minerals. One large reason that a soldier who has returned home from a war zone who isn't otherwise incapacitated doesn't regain control of their new situation in life is because they haven't yet successfully replaced the minerals that they sweated out via dealing with the agreed upon enemy.

An integral step of fortifying a person against the unwanted results of stress and strain, an extreme of which can even be suicide then is to replenish their body's mineral complement, their body's JUICE. This activity can be accomplished via the use of the MHO (SOMA), or other MNMS treatments with the use of a supportive SHEEN regimen.
